Tournament
Report
Confetti,
noisemakers and party hats
are in order. Howard Mann
is celebrating sweet 16, yes,
Mr. 16 had $1600 in chips
at the dinner break...and
five hours later he had all
the chips! Celebration is
in order for this quiet CPA,
as he unwrapped 1st place
in todays Stud Event.
Many
vacations have been spent
at poker tournaments, but
this year, in addition, Howard
is planning a special bowl
trip to cheer on his favorite
college team.Rah! Today is
your party Howard, andwe at
the USPC are pleased to have
been the hosts.
Free
spirited Stevie DelBorrell
had his motor runnin as he
drove full throttle into 2nd
place. Owner of a couple of
Harley motorcycles and a tile
and marble business, Stevie
also loves golf, but his pride
and joy is his linebacker
son, Tony. At one point, Stevies
golf ball was taller than
Howards chips.
You
can coast now Stevie, youre
in hog heaven at the USPC!
Mojambo,
bowana Jack?....he is just
great, poised a the top of
the mountain, having placed
3rd in todays stud event.
John Brewer s trusted companion
is Simba, his white german
shepherd. Jack likes baseball
and has four wonderful grandchildren.
So Jack, puff out your chest,
take a deep breath and let
out a mighty roar of pride,
for today you are a poker
king!
