Tournament
Report
Kids,
guess what, youre going to
Florida, dad just won the
Omaha Event today! Charlie
Brahmi, and his lovely wife
Debbie will be taking their
three children to the Florida
Keys during the interim of
tournament ventures. Best
all- around player in the
Foxwoods Poker Classic this
year, Charlie continually
proves what a talented dynamo
he is. In live action since
last night, the adrenaline
rush stimulated Charlie straight
into and through the tournament,
never revealing fatigue. Twenty-three
years as a businessman, right
here on the boardwalk, this
multi-faceted, multi-lingual
powerhouse has more endurance
than a AA battery. An endless
source of energy, Charlie,
we, at the USPC get a charge
out of you!.
No
pre-certification is required
to enter the USPC, but be
prepared for a long labor,
for the delivery to the final
table is not an easy process.
An embryo to casino poker
just three years ago, Mark
Burtman, 2nd place finisher,
has developed into a fine
specimen of tournament player,
specifically omaha. A physician
of OB-GYN, Mark has been diagnosed
as a final table favorite.
Those of you interested in
cloning Marks tounament techniques
can review his column in pokerpages.com
under the Amateurs Tale.
Seven years with the Navy,
Mark enjoys travel and devotes
time to coaching youngsters
in football. So, if youre
not feeling up to par with
your omaha game, Mark can
write you a script to improve
your performance and make
you more fertile....visiting
hours are open and no co-pay
is required.
Peter
Stein finished 3rd and Lonnie
Heimowitz finished 4th. A
dogfight to the end, these
players used all the ammo
they had fortify their position
and knock the opponent out
of the game.
